✧ Order Processing Times

Current order processing time - shipping not included: 2 days.

However, processing times may vary depending on:

  • Design time: Jewelry and accessories are all made to order. Depending on the complexity of the design, design time can vary and be quite significant for the most complex models.
  • Order accumulation: especially during the holiday season. In this case, I generally advise placing your order early (October-November).

In either case, an email will be sent to you if the processing time exceeds the usual standard.

✧ Shipping methods and times

By default, orders are shipped via tracked letter through La Poste. When the order is substantial and/or requires a parcel, it is sent via Colissimo or Delivengo.

Costs and times by geographical area:

  • Metropolitan France: €3.12 - free shipping for purchases over €100 - 2 to 3 business days.
  • Europe and non-EU countries: €9.30 - free shipping for purchases over €200 - 3 to 7 business days.
  • United States: €28 - 5 to 17 business days.

Vous bénéficiez d'un droit de rétractation de 14 jours à compter de la réception de votre commande.

  • Comment retourner votre article:

Vous pouvez nous indiquer votre souhait de retourner un article via le formulaire de contact un petit peu plus bas.

Nous examinerons votre demande et vous fournirons les indications nécessaires.

  • Conditions et frais de retour:

Les frais de retour sont à la charge de l'acheteur.

Les produits concernés doivent être retournés dans leur emballage d'origine et ne doivent pas avoir été abîmés, lavés ou portés (en dehors de l'essayage).

  • Conditions de remboursement:

Si les conditions de retour sont respectées vous serez remboursé.e dans un délais de 5 jours ouvrés (tenir compte des délais de votre banque).

Le remboursement inclut les frais de port réglés lors de l'achat.

Si, après un retour nous constatons des dégâts, nous nous réservons le droit de ne pas honorer le remboursement intégral.

Vous serez informé.e par mail de l'annulation de votre commande / article ainsi que de votre remboursement.

✧ Why stainless steel?

✦ Because it's stainless (no kidding), lightweight, strong, durable, and hypoallergenic.

✦ It pairs perfectly with any material I want to incorporate into my designs.

✦ All my creations include it, either through the use of rings, or in the form of beads, pendants, and/or charms. Earring levers and bracelet/necklace clasps are also made of stainless steel.

✦ I also use gold-plated stainless steel rings/pendants/charms (ionic plating).

✧ How to care for Liminal Rings jewelry and accessories?

✦ In general:

I recommend removing them when doing DIY or intense sports activities, for your safety and to prevent breakage.

✦ How to wash them?

Simply wash them with soap and water and wipe them with a microfiber cloth.

✦ And for gold-plated jewelry?

These models require special care to ensure their optimal lifespan:

  • Avoid all contact with water, cosmetics, and household products.
  • If you wish to wash them, be sure to dry them immediately with a towel/microfiber cloth.
  • Prefer to remove them before going to bed.
  • Avoid wearing them for too long; prolonged contact with the skin can discolor the jewelry.

✧ My jewelry is defective, is it possible to repair it?

Liminal Rings is a small business, and I work alone. Although I take particular care in crafting your jewelry, it is possible that a model may have a defect. In such a case, I can take back your jewelry for repair.

However, I cannot be held responsible for improper care of Liminal Rings jewelry. I therefore reserve the right to refuse any request that I consider to be an abuse.
